Shipping

How will you calculate my shipping?
All postage and handling costs for homewares will show up upon adding each item into the cart.
 
How long until I receive my item?
Homewares that are in-stock take 1-2 days to dispatch. We then send this via Sendle who usually take 2 – 8 days for metro NSW and VIC residents and 3 – 10 days for WA, SA and NT. Rural areas will yield 2 days extra. Please note these are approximations. The courier will attempt to deliver and leave the item in a safe place. Please note you will need to add this note to your order if you are happy for the item to be placed safely. Bulky items will yield different time frames. Once the items have been picked up by the courier, you will recieve an email with a tracking number. You can track your order here using your tracking number or email us if you need to know if an item is ready to go or needs a few weeks.
 

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not accept returns on change of mind purchases. It is the customers responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their desired space. Refunds are only applicable to items that are delivered faulty or damaged. To be eligible for an Exchange or REFUND on the faulty items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in which you recieved it.

What happens if an item is delivered and it’s broken or faulty?
 
Email us at sales@noblehome.com.au a photograph of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your item.
We’ll happily either discount you on what you have received OR replace it with a new one.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
