How will you calculate my shipping?
All postage and handling costs for homewares will show up upon adding each item into the cart.
Free Shipping
Free shipping requires a minimum spend of $399 or over using the coupon code FREESHIP, this applies for online orders only and excludes in store shopping. Free shipping is valid for one free delivery, any items on back order in the same order will be delayed until all items are ready to ship together.
How long until I receive my item?
Homewares that are in-stock usually take approx 1-5 days to dispatch. We then send this via Interparcel who usually take 2 – 8 working days for metro NSW and VIC residents and 3 – 10 days for WA, SA and NT. Rural areas will yield 2 -3 days extra. Please note these are approximations. The courier will attempt to deliver and leave the item in a safe place. Bulky items will yield different time frames. Once the items have been picked up by the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order here using your tracking number or email us if you need to know if an item is ready to go or needs a few weeks.
We do not accept returns on change of mind purchases. It is the customers responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their desired space. Refunds are only applicable to items that are delivered faulty or damaged. To be eligible for an Exchange or REFUND on the faulty items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in which you received it.
What happens if an item is delivered and it’s broken or faulty?
Email us at sales@noblehome.com.au a photograph of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your item.
We’ll happily either discount you on what you have received OR replace it with a new one.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
